Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients in residential home settings in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. As a PRN therapist, you make your own schedule and agree or disagree to patient assignments. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a Florida Occupational Therapist
