Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community or home setting for our geriatric clientele. Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining thorough daily documentation in the EMR. This part-time, per-diem role offers flexible scheduling with the ability to accept or decline assignments. Compensation includes $110 per evaluation plus two units, with opportunities for weekend and holiday shifts. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- DPT or Physical Therapist (PT, RPT)
- PRN work
