Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an ALF setting, communicating with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. This outpatient therapy clinic serves a geriatric clientele, offering a proactive preventative approach to support successful aging-in-place. Applicants must be actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree. Compensation is up to $110 per evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
