Job Summary
Conduct home-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments for geriatric and hospice patients in the Avondale Estates, GA area. Maintain thorough daily documentation in the EMR and communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Bring your own equipment, including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor. As a PRN therapist, you operate on a flexible, on-call basis with no long-term contracts, earning up to $110 per evaluation plus two units. You must hold an active Florida Physical Therapy license and a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
