Job Summary
Evaluate and treat geriatric patients in assisted living communities or home settings at a competitive rate of $110 per evaluation. Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining thorough daily documentation in the EMR. As a part-time PRN therapist, you work on a per diem basis with flexible scheduling, including potential weekend and holiday shifts, and can accept or decline patient assignments based on your availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- DPT or Physical Therapist (PT, RPT)
