Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor on the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) responsible for clinical leadership, supervising licensed nurses and CNAs, ensuring regulatory compliance and resident safety, coordinating staffing based on acuity, guiding staff, handling emergencies, and ensuring accurate implementation of physician orders. Requires RN license, at least 2–3 years in long-term care, supervisory experience preferred, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Schedule is Full-Time with weekends/holidays as required. Location: Glassboro, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or subacute rehabilitation
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards of practice
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Current CPR certification
