Job Summary
10th & 11th Grade College & Career Teacher responsible for delivering Next Prep curriculum with 100% fidelity, maintaining up-to-date student data and grades, mentoring students and staff, coordinating employer-site visits and professional-skills simulations, and participating in school leadership roles to reinforce Kairos values and support cross-departmental initiatives. Responsibilities include tuition of site visits, family communication, and involvement in weekly planning and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Title I schools
- Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills
- Background check clearance; reliable attendance (within PTO allotment)
- Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.
