Job Summary
Conduct professional window installations in residential homes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and building codes. Load and transport tools and materials to job sites, then review contracts and project instructions before beginning work. Maintain safety procedures, keep sites clean, and troubleshoot unforeseen challenges while communicating clearly with homeowners. Complete post-installation walkthroughs, present invoices, and collect final approvals. Assist the Installation Manager with duties to uphold company standards and meet department goals. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal tools. Flexible scheduling based on project assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in window installation, carpentry, or general home remodeling
- High attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Professionalism in appearance, communication, and work ethic
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying materials
- Reliable transportation capable of safely transporting materials and tools to job sites
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- General Liability Insurance (must provide proof)
