Job Summary
Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living and implement specific treatments to advance their condition. Develop personalized care plans appropriate for each patient's needs. Perform duties requiring the ability to lift 50lbs and stand or work for extended periods. This per diem 1099 position in Eastern Long Island pays $75 for 30 minutes or $100 for an hour. Candidates must hold a valid NYS Therapist license, BLS certification, and Worker's Comp certification. Required Qualifications
- MUST BE WORKER'S COMP CERTIFIED OR WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED
- At least 1 year experience
- NYS Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 10 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
