Job Summary
Residential roofing contractors needed for ongoing 1099 opportunities in multiple service areas. Responsibilities include roof inspections and troubleshooting, leak detection and diagnostics, storm-damage inspections, flashing, ventilation and moisture assessments, mold/water intrusion risk assessment, minor repairs and maintenance, tear-offs and underlayment installation, partial or full roof replacements, and roofing-system maintenance for asphalt, TPO, tile, and related materials. Contractors will document work with photos and portal notes, receive direct work assignments within their local service area, and have materials provided for approved projects when applicable. Qualifications include active general liability insurance, workers’ compensation where applicable, valid W9 and Tax ID, owning roofing tools and transportation, smartphone for portal use, and successful onboarding. Roof licensing is state/local dependent. This is a contractor position with flexible scheduling and direct payment processing after work verification.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Active General Liability Insurance (COI) required
- Workers’ Compensation coverage where applicable
- Valid W9 and Tax ID
- Roofing license preferred or required depending on state/local regulations
- Own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required for portal access, communication, and photo uploads
- Professional communication and job site cleanliness
- Must complete onboarding and portal training before receiving assignments
