Job Summary
Insurance Sales Producer role focused on selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance using consultative sales techniques within a remote-capable, contract-based framework. Responsible for identifying potential customers through lead-generation methods, advising clients on tailored insurance solutions, developing and maintaining client relationships, participating in incentive programs, and consistently exceeding sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuance. Compensation is commission-based (1099) with 35% on New Business and 35% on Renewals, plus potential leadership opportunities. Training and mentorship provided to support success in a semi-autonomous, growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment preferred
