Job Summary
Conduct patient intakes and monitor clinical progress during group counseling sessions, managing medication dosing and authorizing prescriptions during monthly panel visits. Complete all documentation and reporting in the Groups EMR system within required timelines. Work in-office for at least five hours weekly, adhering to strict clinical protocols and technology-driven systems for patient management. Eligibility for hours begins approximately three months after credentialing initiation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in the State in which you are applying.
- Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying
- DEAX designation as formerly required to prescribe Buprenorphine *or* proof of 8hrs of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA
- 1 yr. Minimum Actively Prescribing Buprenorphine
- Proof of Active Board Certification
- Ability to work in-office at least 5hrs per week.
