Job Summary
Conduct intakes for patients following counselor-led evaluations and monitor clinical progress during group counseling sessions by answering questions and managing medication dosing. Authorize patient prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels and complete all notes and reporting in the Groups EMR system within required timelines. Work in-office for at least five hours weekly while adhering to strict clinical protocols and utilizing our technology-driven system for day-to-day patient management and regulatory compliance. Eligibility for hours commences approximately three months after credentialing initiation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in the State in which you are applying.
- Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying
- DEAX designation as formerly required to prescribe Buprenorphine *or* proof of 8hrs of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA
- 1 yr. Minimum Actively Prescribing Buprenorphine
- Proof of Active Board Certification
- Ability to work in-office at least 5hrs per week.
