Job Summary
Claim legal documents for firms and individuals using the Proof mobile app to accept work, track earnings, and communicate with clients. Deliver services in your designated area while managing your own schedule and workload. Scan and print documents, utilizing free FedEx printing services as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license and hold required state or county certification. Complete identity verification and a background check during the application process. Prior process serving or related law enforcement experience is required, as Proof does not provide training.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it
- Valid drivers license
- Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app
- Ability to scan and print documents
- Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership
