1099 Process Server

Job Summary
1099 contract Process Server needed to join Proof's network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and workload, claim jobs via the Proof app, track earnings, and receive support from an operational specialist with every serve. Responsibilities include serving documents in the Franklin, LA area, using a mobile app to accept work, and maintaining proper documentation. Requirements include a valid driver's license, proficiency with iPhone/iPad or Android, ability to scan/print documents (FedEx printing available), and prior process-serving experience or related fields (law enforcement/private investigations). Licensing/certification as required by state laws is applicable; NASPS membership is preferred. This is a Contract position with work location in Franklin, LA, and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app
- Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx
- Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required
- NAPPS membership is preferred
