Job Summary
Independent Process Server contractors deliver legal documents in Sharp County, AR and surrounding areas. Set your own schedule and workload; use the Proof app to accept assignments, track earnings, and stay connected with clients and Proof representatives. Must be licensed/registered/certified where required, have a valid driver’s license, and be proficient with mobile apps; ability to scan/print documents is needed; prior process-serving or related field experience is required; NAPPS membership preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
- Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents.
- Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
- National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
