Job Summary
Deliver, set up, and retrieve TWO2 therapy equipment to patients in their homes while providing education on proper use and treatment protocols. Document all service activities in approved systems and coordinate with clinical and operational support teams to address patient concerns or equipment issues. Manage equipment cleaning, maintenance, and inventory within your assigned Philadelphia territory. Maintain professional interactions with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with privacy laws and applicable regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance coverage for reliable transportation throughout the territory.
Required Qualifications
