1099 Medical Director, Long Term Care

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical care services within long-term care facilities, collaborating with administration and nursing leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care. Conduct administrative duties totaling four hours monthly per facility, including on-site presence for acute care and long-term care patient rounding approximately two hours weekly. Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings while remaining available for consultation. This role supports Access Medical Clinics in maintaining regulatory compliance with federal and state standards through direct engagement with CMS and LTC requirements.
