Job Summary
Deliver professional, on-site training to customers on the operation, safety, and maintenance of medical laser systems, tailoring sessions to the client's clinical environment and treatment protocols. Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning, while maintaining accurate records of sessions, feedback, and device usage. Collaborate with service and sales teams to identify additional training needs and generate invoices for completed sessions. Requires prior experience training on aesthetic energy-based devices, familiarity with safety protocols, and comfort traveling to customer sites. Flexible schedule with assignments based on availability and demand.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in medical aesthetics devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training style to various audiences (clinicians, technicians, practice staff)
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites and working independently
- Familiarity with energy-based devices and safety protocols
- Prior experience training on aesthetic energy-based devices
- Minimum 2 years training, clinical support, or device education on aesthetic laser systems
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical or technical certification in laser safety or device operation
