Job Summary
Deliver, set up, and retrieve TWO2 therapy equipment to patients in their homes while providing education on proper use and treatment protocols. Manage equipment cleaning, maintenance, and inventory; coordinate with clinical and support staff; and document all service activities using approved systems. Identify and escalate patient concerns or equipment issues as needed. Maintain professional interactions with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with privacy laws and applicable regulations. Schedule and perform contracted services within an assigned geographic territory using a personal vehicle with valid insurance and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
- Required automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned geographic territory
- Ability to safely handle, transport, and set up medical equipment
