Job Summary
Conduct remote therapeutic counseling and treatment planning for college students using TimelyCare's electronic health record. Establish treatment goals, document sessions with active listening and evidence-based modalities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support care continuity. Manage crisis intervention and safety planning while adhering to URAC-accredited clinical standards and professional ethics. Deliver 45-50 minute sessions with flexible scheduling options from Monday through Sunday. Licensed clinical therapists in Massachusetts with experience in higher education or crisis environments are required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Active State License in MA
- Valid U.S. work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
- Additional state licensures
- Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
- Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
- Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
- Experience and licensure (for higher compensation)
