Job Summary
Provide therapeutic counseling and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population using evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and SFBT. Document sessions concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant progress notes and treatment plans via TimelyCare's electronic health record. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support care continuity and guide students to medical or psychiatric services as needed. Maintain composure during high-stress scenarios while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards. Work independently with flexible hours from Monday through Sunday, setting your own schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active State License in IN
- Valid U.S. work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
- Additional state licensures
- Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
- Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
- Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
