Provide therapeutic counseling and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. Document sessions concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant notes and progress plans via TimelyCare's electronic health record. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support care continuation and adapt to the changing needs of motivated college students. Deliver remote care from a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, with 45-50 minute sessions including time for documentation. Maintain professional boundaries and composure during high-stress scenarios while adhering to established ethical standards. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
- Additional state licensures
- Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
- Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
- Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
