Job Summary
1099 Bath Installer role: Install Kohler LuxStone products per Renuity standards, apply finish work as needed, communicate with management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, complete job checklists with homeowners, and treat homeowners with respect. Requires 3 years of remodeling/carpentry/construction experience, knowledge of acrylic baths/stone panels/walk-in tubs, an LLC or business, insurance (general liability and workers comp), a cargo van or truck capable of pulling a trailer, and a trailer. Experience with home-improvement installations and customer-facing duties is preferred; candidate will operate as an independent contractor providing on-site bathroom installations across assigned locations in Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Acrylic Baths, Stone Panels, or Walk-in Tubs
- Established LLC or Business
- Must have General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance
- Cargo Van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer
- Must have trailer
