Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by supervising associates, ensuring brand standards, and managing inventory and payroll. Lead hiring and development efforts to build a strong team while resolving customer issues and addressing associate concerns. Execute omni-channel fulfillment strategies and maintain safety protocols to protect assets and ensure compliance. Support the Store Manager in all areas, including opening and closing procedures, when not present. Requires 3+ years of retail sales experience, 1+ year of management experience, and ability to work long shifts with physical exertion.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
