Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, payroll scheduling, and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. Lead and develop a team of associates through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to drive sales targets and customer loyalty. Manage omni-channel fulfillment processes, resolve customer issues, and enforce company policies to maintain compliance and protect company assets. Support the Store Manager in all areas and act as the primary point of contact for daily goals and activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
