Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and payroll scheduling. Lead and develop a team of associates through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring brand standards and customer loyalty. Manage omnichannel fulfillment strategies and resolve customer issues to meet sales KPIs and financial targets. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing policies, controlling assets, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. Support the Store Manager in all areas, adapting to multiple demands and driving business performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
