Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Provide supervision on daily goals, analyze store trends, and resolve customer issues to drive sales and loyalty. Engage in recruiting, coaching, and counseling to build a diverse team, while managing inventory, payroll, and store operations including opening/closing procedures. Ensure safety compliance, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies across all assigned stores.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
- Must be able to perform recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
