Job Summary
Serve as primary point of contact and functional lead for SAP ERP (HR/Finance) and Procurement systems, supporting rollout of global initiatives like G-ERP and SuccessFactors. Collaborate with HQ teams and vendors to resolve technical issues, maintain data integrity, and design custom analytics applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI. Build AI-driven agents leveraging OpenAI and Claude frameworks to automate reporting, implement RAG solutions for internal knowledge access, and modernize dashboards with Streamlit, Dash, or React. Develop SQL-based data pipelines and system integrations via RESTful APIs while partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions. Manage multiple projects ensuring delivery timelines and quality objectives are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of enterprise IT experience
- Functional knowledge of SAP Finance and ERP platforms
- Experience with AI and Python application development
- Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and system integrations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience building AI agents and generative AI applications
- Experience with Streamlit, Dash, React, or other dashboard frameworks
