Job Summary
The Beauty Advisor (Bilingual) role involves creating memorable shopping experiences for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Responsibilities include building relationships, recommending products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, maintaining the store environment, and ensuring customer loyalty. The position requires communication skills, product knowledge, and some physical stamina due to standing and lifting. Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
