Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Operational, financial and performance management experience
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfort with physical requirements of store environment
