Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional and complimentary products while informing customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events, ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and execute product knowledge training to support customer service. We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs. This role is part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, empowering customers to express themselves through hair, cosmetics, skin care, or nails.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
