Job Summary
Lead high-impact programs and initiatives while optimizing ROI and evaluating business cases with cost-benefit analysis. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to identify operational efficiency opportunities. Manage OpEx/CapEx budgets, resource planning, and technology investments to mitigate organizational and technology debt. Consult with IT leadership and subdivision leaders to develop action plans, implement service management initiatives, and support business demands. Champion emerging technologies and ideate enterprise-level programs to drive IT modernization. Develop organizational documentation including white papers, process flows, and SOPs to enable continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional executives to align organizational initiatives with company strategy through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years in business analysis, process optimization, or related roles driving measurable business improvements
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Business intelligence and reporting tools (PowerBI, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Proven experience working within IT organizations or supporting IT-driven initiatives
