Job Summary

The Sr. SAP SD/LE & CRM Business Process Analyst will analyze and develop sales and distribution business processes within SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ERP processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of SAP ERP Module consulting, development, delivery, and operation experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience
  • 2+ years of ABAP programming experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration from ECC
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in Business Process Re-engineering
  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP ERP SD Module Certification
