Job Summary
Prioritize work requests to handle guest and staff problems while monitoring utility and labor expenditures. Respond to life systems alarms and ensure all systems remain operational, fulfilling Risk Management duties as assigned. Direct supervision of Engineering staff includes training and motivating customer service employees. Maintain integrity of cost controls and proper maintenance of hotel assets across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operations. Seek energy-saving ideas and eco-friendly programs. Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and available for Manager on Duty weekends. Requires Universal EPA 608 certification, pool operator certifications, and five years of hotel experience. Located in College Station, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a current Universal EPA 608 Certification
- Current Pool operator certifications
- Knowledge of VRF repairs and troubleshooting
- 5 years of experience in a hotel environment setting
- This position requires being on Call for emergency situations (including Nights and weekends)
