Job Summary
Lead ECE - Bicentennial responsible for applying leadership to play-based learning within a nurturing educational 환경, supporting colleagues and supervising in the absence of the Child Care Supervisor. Ensures implementation of How Does Learning Happen and ELECT guidelines, adherence to the Child Care and Early Years Act and Six Nations policies, and maintains program quality through developmentally appropriate activities, supervision, documentation, and collaboration with staff and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education Diploma from a Community College
- Must be Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
- Immunizations up to date
- Health assessment per Child Care and Early Years Act
- Criminal records/vulnerable sector check
- Offence declaration annually for vulnerable sector check
- Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum grade 12 or equivalent
- Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain
