Job Summary
Analyze requirements, provide QA estimates, and participate in sprint planning to develop test specifications and strategies. Create test plans covering unit, functional, performance, stress, load, and acceptance testing while developing milestones, checkpoints, and quality criteria. Track, document, and communicate defects and risks to ensure development activities meet quality standards through both automated and manual testing initiatives. Meet project deadlines and delivery objectives while supporting validation projects for current and future programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development, test engineering, quality assurance, or test management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD and quality engineering best practices
- Experience with enterprise application testing and validation
- Relevant QA or software testing certifications preferred
