Job Summary
Demand Planning Supervisor responsible for supporting all demand planning processes and tools (Oracle Cloud DM, Bitam, & BLU Margin Minder). Develops the statistical forecast, tracks forecast accuracy, and provides daily to monthly reporting to inform cross-functional decision making. Ensures data integrity across sources, performs data cleansing/validation, and supports monthly collaboration planning to align the tactical demand plan with budgets, capacity, and commercial plans. Monitors inventory levels, identifies slow-moving/obsolete stock, and coordinates with teams to implement corrective actions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Marketing and 2+ years in supply chain; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong data analysis, reporting, data visualization, and communication skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing
- 2 or more years of experience in Supply Chain
- Highly developed skills in data analysis, reporting and data visualization
- Superior and effective communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong internal/external customer centric focus
- Expert in customer forecasting tools
- Expert/advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
