Asst. Bakery Team Lead responsible for directing bakery department personnel, meeting department goals, ensuring superior customer service, maintaining stock and merchandising standards, executing sales and merchandising initiatives, and coaching/train­ing the bakery team while ensuring health and safety compliance and quality control. Functions include overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced bakery, managing inventory, taking and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining clean workspaces, and supporting leadership with staff development and performance evaluation.
