Job Summary
Perform maintenance and inspections on stormwater facilities, assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications, and operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, and spray equipment. Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports while communicating with customers and team members on job progress. Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times during travel to job sites, which includes 50–75% of the time, including some overnight travel. Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8–11 hours per day while working around water, uneven terrain, and confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
- Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
- Willing and able to travel regularly
- Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8–11 hours per day
- Work around water, uneven terrain, and confined spaces
- Comfortable working around wildlife and wearing PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Herbicide applicator license
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
