Job Summary
As Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead store operations to meet and exceed sales goals through talent management, coaching, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee budget control, expenses, inventory, and safety/compliance while ensuring the store always presents its best. You’ll inspire and develop a team of associates, drive store performance, and foster a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required; lifting up to 25 lbs and physical tasks are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
