Job Summary
Oversee store operations, including hiring, training, and developing teams to maximize sales and KPIs while maintaining brand standards. Manage inventory, payroll, and scheduling to ensure accurate execution of opening/closing procedures and digital fulfillment strategies. Resolve customer issues, enforce safety protocols, and lead associates through coaching and accountability. Support the Store Manager in all areas, particularly when absent, while fostering an inclusive environment. Requires 3+ years retail experience and 1+ year management experience; must be available for multiple shifts and occasional store transfers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
