Job Summary
Provide CM/DM leadership and support to the Human Landing Systems Program Office, managing configuration and program data within the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center hardware development environment. Develop and maintain Charters for Control Boards, Work Instructions, and Audit Plans while ensuring data quality and security compliance for Controlled Unclassified Information and ITAR. Execute change management processes, track action items, and maintain version control across SharePoint documentation sites and contract revisions. Collect, organize, and archive project files from hard copy to electronic media, ensuring all documentation reflects the latest revisions and supports programmatic reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience
- Masters degree (to substitute for 3 years experience)
- Associates Degree (to substitute for Bachelor's, requiring 2 additional years experience)
- High School Diploma (to substitute for Bachelor's, requiring 4 additional years experience)
- Knowledge of Information Technology (IT)/automated data management tools such as Windchill, Jira and SharePoint
- Understanding of CDM functions such as change management, utilizing tools for change and action tracking, and development of agendas and minutes
- Ability to obtain clearance/access onsite at NASA MSFC
- STAR ID for badging
- US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and ACCESS (or similar database)
- Experience in process-based tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience with handling sensitive data
- Professional CDM certification such as National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) CDM certification or equivalent
