Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage reservations to ensure smooth seating flow. Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance while handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Assist in training new staff, collaborate with the team, and report incidents or safety concerns immediately. Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and equipment checks. Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills

- Handling, grasping, and crouching as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role
