Job Summary
Store Manager leads talent, inspires the team, and ensures an exceptional customer experience while driving store sales and overseeing operations. Responsibilities include managing staff to meet sales goals, controlling expenses within budget, overseeing inventory, enforcing safety and security policies, and maintaining store presentation. Requires 3+ years in customer service/retail and 1+ year in sales management; cosmetology license is a plus. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
