Job Summary
Conduct daily support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with household maintenance, meal prep, bathing, toileting, dressing, and medication administration. Facilitate community engagement by accompanying individuals to medical appointments, banking, outings, and helping them become active community members. Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines while safely evacuating individuals during emergencies. Maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration, ensuring compliance with Agency policies and DDS regulations. Work a flexible full-time schedule of 12 hours, including potential holidays, overnights, or double shifts, while demonstrating conscientious behavior and fluent English proficiency.

- Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
- Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history)
- Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team
- Must be 21+

- High School Diploma or GED

- Employee must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English
