Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive heart failure care for full-spectrum inpatients and high-volume outpatient clinics, leading specialty clinics for LVADs, transplants, cardiomyopathies, pulmonary hypertension, and rare cardiac diseases. Perform right heart catheterizations, RV biopsies, CardioMEMS implantations and monitoring, and CPET. Manage the multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team with proficiency in transplants, LVADS, and temporary mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo, and ECMO. Join the region's largest independent health system serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas. Visa candidates are welcomed with a proven track record securing waivers.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist
- Proficiency with transplants, LVADS and temporary mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo and ECMO
- Ability to perform right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies
- Ability to perform CardioMEMS
- Ability to perform Pulmonary hypertension
- Ability to perform Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET)
- Visa Candidate with proven track record securing waivers
