Job Summary
Manage the full spectrum of heart failure patients on the inpatient service and high-volume outpatient clinics, leading specialty clinics for LVADs, transplants, cardiomyopathies, pulmonary hypertension, and rare cardiac diseases. Perform right heart catheterizations, RV biopsies, CardioMEMS, CPET, and manage the multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team for transplants, LVADS, and mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella, RVAD, and ECMO. Requires proficiency with transplants, LVADS, and temporary mechanical circulatory support. Billings Clinic offers a generous $100k starting bonus, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist
- Proficiency with transplants, LVADS and temporary mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo and ECMO
- Ability to perform right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies
- Ability to perform CardioMEMS
- Ability to perform Pulmonary hypertension
- Ability to perform Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET)
- Proven track record securing waivers
