Job Summary
Collect and document requirements from business stakeholders, then analyze warranty system workflows to identify efficiency gaps and propose enhancements. Serve as the bridge between business and IT teams to translate needs into clear documentation, support testing and deployment activities, and conduct user training. Leverage AI tools to generate reports, summaries, and recommendations that improve analysis accuracy and process documentation. This role supports the Hyundai/Kia warranty system within Hyundai AutoEver America's global IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, IT operations, or a related role
- Knowledge of business processes, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT systems, application support concepts, and database fundamentals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation for users, stakeholders, and IT partners
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience supporting projects in an Agile environment
- Experience using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, summarization, documentation, or process improvement
- Business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA
- AWS certification or foundational knowledge of cloud technologies
