Job Summary
Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development while assisting with recreational, community, and personal care activities. Follow treatment plans, document progress, and submit payroll documentation on time. Provide companionship and supervision within the group home environment, working independently and as part of a team. Participate in ongoing training and maintain a valid driver's license and active car insurance. Full-time and part-time shifts available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including overnight rotations, with weekly pay and paid onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Active car insurance
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs
- 1 year of caregiving experience
